AQUILANO.RIMONDI is an Italian brand characterised by a contemporary design and a refined, artisanal touch. It stood out as a unique brand from the very first time it appeared on the catwalks of the Italian Fashion Week in Milan in September 2008.
It began as an idea of two designers, Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi, who were already known in Italy and abroad. The designers had the support of the major press bodies and the most important and exclusive fashion buyers because of the distinguishing features of their creations – a mixture of high-range, innovative fabrics, exclusive patterns influenced by art, refined profiles, Italian high fashion, precise and accurate fit.
The two first started working together in 1998 as consultants and collaborators for Max Mara. As their identities developed, they were able to work as creative directors for some of the most prestigious fashion houses in the world:

2006-2008 Malo – creative directors for the men and women’s collections: pre-collections and fashion shows (New York and Milan)
2008-2010 Gianfranco Ferrè – creative directors for the men and women’s collections: pre-collections and fashion shows (Milan)

In 2010, they were made the creative directors of the Fay brand (Tod’s group), leader in the daywear sector and jewel in the crown of Italian prêt-a-porter. The brand was presented for the first time with the Women’s Collection on the Milanese catwalks. This is how one of the most interesting evolutionary processes in the fashion system began.
In 2011, they became the creative directors for the men’s collection as well as the women’s.
This profitable collaboration continues to this very day.

AQUILANO.RIMONDI is a well-established brand for sale in the most exclusive international luxury stores, fully satisfying the most demanding needs of the current market (design, fit, competitiveness and customisation possibilities).
